Occupational Health Case Managers – expression of interest

Our team of health and wellbeing specialists adopt a holistic approach to help people manage their physical and/or mental health so they can return to work.

We are looking to expand into the occupational health arena and we are seeking expressions of interest from Occupational Health Advisors and Registered Nurses with occupational health experience.

The role will involve:
Conducting bio-psychosocial assessments via telephone or face-to-face
Helping clients to produce back-to-work plans that address their health-related issues
Working closely with other members of a multi-disciplinary health professional team Offering evidence-based advice and guidance on health-related issues
Providing guidance about returning to work.

This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver and shape a new flagship health programme that will support people who volunteer for the service across England and Wales.
